SCHOLARSHIP: BETTER SOCIETY AWARD

The Unus Family Foundation offers its Better Society Award to a Herndon High School senior bound for college.  Herndon High School is a nationally ranked public school located in the metro Washington, D.C.-area.

The Better Society Award was established in 2012 to recognize a high-achieving high school senior who has acted as a mentor to, or helped in some way, another student or students become better persons and is planning on pursuing a career dedicated to the service of others. 

A representative of the Unus Family Foundation, many of whom are Herndon High School alumni, presents the award certificate* to the winning student at the annual Herndon High School Senior Award Night.
